Pre-Arrival Instructions:

In accordance with local authorities and in consideration of guidelines set by the CDC, we are so excited to see all of you and to reopen Glo Boise with new protocols to keep you looking and feeling your best! We are committed to keeping all of our staff and clients as safe and healthy as possible. 

You will need to acknowledge verbally, by text, 

or email that you have read and understand these instructions prior to your appointment.


  • Call the front desk or text your esthetician when you arrive in the parking lot.

  • Please sit in your car until your appointment time unless given other instructions by a staff member.

  • Please do not enter the building until your esthetician greets you at the door.​

  • Our waiting area is CLOSED.

  • No other guests will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment even if they are receiving services.

  • Minor clients will be allowed the accompaniment of one adult/guardian.

  • Your esthetician will take your temperature at the door. Any temperature above 99.8 will NOT be allowed to enter the building.

  • You will be required to fill out a consent form (digitally or paper form) stating you have read and agree to the Glo Boise COVID-19 protocol.

  • You and your esthetician will then both need to sign our client intake log.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Personal items such as oversized coats, hats, purses, umbrellas, sunglasses, water bottles, etc. will not be allowed to enter the building. Please leave these items in your vehicle.

  • You may only bring your cellphone, form of payment, and car keys into your service.

  • We will not be accepting cash or check at this time. Credit or debit cards only. 

  • We advise bringing a disposable mask to wear while entering the facility.

  • Mask Guidelines:

    • ​Facials & Medspa Services- You will not be able to wear a mask during any facials simply because of the nature of the services. ​

    • Lashes & Brows- You and your esthetician will both be required to wear a mask. If you do not have one available, a disposable mask will be provided to you before your service.​

  • Outside gloves will NOT be allowed into the facility. Should you feel most comfortable with gloves on inside the spa, a new pair will be provided to you.

  • You must sanitize or wash your hands upon entry.

  • We highly prefer/recommend hand sanitizer, which will be provided to you, as we are trying to limit foot traffic and prevent unnecessary contamination of our restroom facilities.

  • However, we do understand that some guests cannot use hand sanitizer due to sensitivities or allergies, and therefore will have access to our restroom facilities if needed.

  • Please be aware that you will have to answer the following questions upon entry:

    1. Have you been experiencing any symptoms associated with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?​

    2. Have you been around anyone who has been exposed to or has had symptoms associated with COVID-19?

  • If you answer "Yes" to these questions, you will not be allowed entry into Glo Boise and will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • We ask to please use your best judgement and to stay home if you are experiencing any sickness.

  • Product pickups are by appointment only! If you would like to order retail, please call our front desk or send us an email at We will then schedule a time with you for pickup.

  • Please refrain from touching or picking up products off the shelves. Please ask a staff member for assistance and we will be happy to help.

  • Massage appointments are currently unavailable until June 8th. Please check our online booking system for availability. Dates may be subject to change.

  • IV Drip Infusion appointments are back with limited availability. Please call or email us to book. (Currently NO online booking for IV Drips)

  • Please remember that our availability is fairly limited at this time, especially for medspa services. Please plan accordingly and schedule appointments as in advance as possible.

  • Gift card purchases are available online here. 

Glo Boise Internal Protocol:

Because we want to be as transparent as possible, here are the guidelines our entire staff will be implementing in order to keep our clients and providers safe and healthy. Many of these we already do on a regular basis, but we plan to go above and beyond to make sure each client is comfortable in our spa.

  • Sanitizing door handles, thermometers, pens, tables, counter tops, card reader, etc. after every use.

  • Social distancing as much as possible. (i.e. avoiding unnecessary contact between other staff members, other clients, etc.)

  • Wearing masks at all times and utilizing gloves when necessary.

  • Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.

  • Sanitizing all bowls, tools, and work spaces with Barbicide between each appointment.

  • Using a high heat sanitizing wash with bleach and/or detergent for all towels, sheets, and blankets.

  • Minimizing the number of clients we have in the spa at one time.

  • Giving each esthetician an extra 15 minutes before and after every appointment to properly clean and prepare their bed, room, and workspace.
